Here at Policom, we aren’t just your run of the mill design consultancy. We like to get on the tools too. We can turn key all aspects of your building services installation. We can design, value manage, quote, install and maintain the following building services – HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection services. Being on the tools helps too, as we use our hands-on experience from site to formulate the best design solutions for our clients. On the other hand, design engineers are usually not the best budget estimators, so having the trade capability helps on that front too. You can use us as a design consultancy or an installation contractor or both – you, as the client, have the option!
